• We provide an apprenticeship training program for employees that are new to the field of residential remodeling.
• Our management positions are earned, we always advance the next suitable employee when a position is available, pending said employee has demonstrated acceptable performance and skills suited to address the advanced jobs description.
• Review after the first 60 days (up to a $3 an hr raise)
• Training programs provided to our team members gives them the skills and knowledge to perform requested duties in an effective manner, meaning we will not set any one up for failure. We provide a consistent network of support for additional assistance any team member may need.
