Compliance

We take all of the necessary steps to provide our customers with a piece of mind by having a transparent position when it comes to providing proof and/or operating within compliance to any guidelines, rules, laws, or regulations put forth by any governing entity at federal, state or local levels.

The Environmental Protection Agency: With all homes built pre-1978 a contractor must have a Firm Certificate provided by the EPA showing compliance with the Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting program guidelines. Also Individual Certifications must also be in compliance with the EPA'S RRP guidelines.

Crew Leads can provide personal certifications upon request.

All projects comply with the state of Minnesota's Building code and also complies with local building authorities.
